Firestone Complete Auto Care

Been going here for years & always receive excellent service. Whether it’s routine service, new tires, or tire repair I highly recommend them. Picked up a nail in my tire this weekend, and Matt was kind enough to let me drop it off on Sunday so they could get me back on the road Monday morning. Five stars is not enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great experience! Bill, the manager, was especially great to work with. People depend on Fuchs Roofing to assist with commercial and residential roof repairs and replacements. Firestone was able to get me squeezed right in. Thank you for taking care of myself and Fuchs Roofing.

I’ve been coming to Firestone on Chippewa for years, and this experience reminded me why I trust them. A dealership recently told me I needed new brakes and rotors and was pretty pushy about it. Before spending the money, I took my car to Firestone for a second opinion. After inspecting my brakes, they honestly told me I still had plenty of life left and didn’t need the repair yet. They could have easily sold me a job I didn’t need, but instead they were honest and transparent. On top of that, they got me in quickly before a road trip. Great customer service, trustworthy technicians, and a business that truly puts customers first. Highly recommend!

Bill went above and beyond with helping my tires. I fully expected to have to replace the full tire, which would have been over $300, but Bill took the time to figure out what was the actual root of the issue. Instead of charging for a new tire, I was charged $32 for the work, and them replacing a lug nut that the dealership forgot to put back on. Forever a fan, and so very grateful for real customer service, not just chasing dollar signs.

Trying to find a mechanic open on a Sunday is always hard but lucky enough Firestone on Chippewa was open. Matt was able to get me in within a timely manner and also fix the issue on my car same day and couldn't be happier. Service, price, overall experience was fantastic! Would highly recommend Matt and his team to all.
